This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) in the order dated 22.05.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.15745 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram daily at 10.30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
