ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to 4th respondent is dispensed with. 2.The present writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Pa.Mu.(Aa2) 39/2025 dated --.01.2025, whereby the 4th respondent name has been included in the Patta in respect of property comprised in S.No.113/1B, measuring an extent of 0.47.50 ares situated at A.Chittur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 4th respondent made a representation dated 03.01.2025 to the 1st respondent, to include her name in the above said property for issuance of joint Patta. Based on the representation made by the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent included 4th respondent name in the 2/5

aforesaid patta and issued joint patta without putting the petitioner on notice.

4.At the outset, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that after putting the petitioner as well as 4th respondent on notice, an enquiry would be conducted and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

5.In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice to the petitioner, 4th respondent and any other interested party including rival claimants, if any. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law.
