ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17115 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 directing the first petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before Sathuvachary Police Station, everyday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of 30 days and the second petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17115 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders as far as the first petitioner is concerned and the second petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
