The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in preferring Appeal against the order dated 08.05.2024, passed in C.C.No.118 of 2022 by I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act at Chennai.

Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
