Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 namely the District Munsif Court, Tittagudi and the Thasildar, Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District remove the unlawful encroachment of the public path by the 4th to 10th respondents herein as requested by the petitioner in the representation dated 27.08.2020 and 09.02.2021 within a stipulated time as specified by this Court.

ORDER

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs.
