2. Heard both sides. Since there was no objection on the other side and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered, accordingly.

3.Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent and seeks time for filing counter.

4. For filing counter by the newly impleaded respondent, post the main petition on 07.08.2024.
