(CRIME NO.288/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12263 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 (i.e.) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, considering that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
