The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.06.2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 336, 341, 427, 397 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.174 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons, and they have been falsely implicated in this case as if the petitioners along with other persons abused and threatened the defacto complainant at knife point, whereas they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners are in custody from 12.06.2024, and they are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners along with other accused persons were came into the defacto complainant's juice shop, abused him with filthy language, robbed a sum of Rs.700/- from him at knife point, attempted T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

Crl.O.P.No.17238 of 2024 drl to assault him with knife, threatened him and fled away from the scene of occurrence. He further submitted that the first petitioners has 13 previous cases, and the second petitioner has 11 previous cases, including one NDPS case and two murder cases are pending against them. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending. However, he vehemently opposed for the grant of bail to the petitioners.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the grave nature of offence and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
