The application in O.A.No.918 of 2013 has been filed seeking to grant an order of ad-interim injunction, restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from dealing with encumbering, alienating or creating any charge over the suit property.

Appl.No.5654 of 2013 has been filed to direct the respondents 6 to 12 to deposit the rents in respect of the suit properties on the credit of the civil suit.

2. The respondents 1 to 3/defendants 1 to 3 filed separate undertaking affidavits, undertaking not to alienate item No.2 of the schedule mentioned property.

3. In view of the said undertaking no further order is necessary in O.A.No.918 of 2013. The application is disposed of.

4. In so far as the application in Appl.No.5654 of 2013 is concerned the applicant has not stated any details with respect to the nature of property stated to have been given on lease or the monthly rent which the respondents 1 to 3 are receiving from the respondents 6 to 12.

5. In view of the above, the applicant has not made out a prayer for deposit of rent. The application No.5654 of 2013 is dismissed. Post the suit before the learned Judge as per roster for trial. 22.03.2016 smi
