Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.19209 of 2021 : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.282 of 2018 dated 03.07.2018 on the file of the respondent and file a final report in accordance with law. Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.24011 of 2021 : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigation agencies.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan (in both Crl.O.Ps) Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER Being aggrieved and dis-satisfied with the investigation conducted by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner/defacto complainant has filed the above petitions seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.282 of 2018 from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigation agencies and also to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.282 of 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondents would submit that investigation in this case has been completed in Crime No.282 of 2018 and the final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Court dealing with the cases investigated by CCB and CBCID on 08.02.2022 and the case has been taken up for Trial in C.C.No.454 of 2022 and summons has also been issued to the witnesses for their appearance on 02.03.2022. 3.Recording the above submission, both the Criminal Original Petitions are closed as infructuous. It is made clear that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the final report, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.
