C.M.P.No.14527 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.1317 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This application is filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the restoration petition to restore C.M.A.No.1317 of 2019, which was dismissed on 07.03.2019, as the previous counsel for the appellants has got no instructions from their clients.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent has no objection to the delay being condoned on condition that the claimants will not be entitled to interest for the delay of 344 days.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
