CMP No.11927 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1317 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filled by the petitioners/appellants to restore C.M.A.No.1317 of 2019, which was dismissed on 07.03.2019, as the previous counsel for the appellants has got no instructions from their clients.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given for restoration of C.M.A, the petition is allowed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1317 of 2019 is restored to file.

4. It is informed that Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel has come on change of vakalat on behalf of the appellants. The Registry is directed to print his name in the cause list, as learned counsel for the appellants and post the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1317 of 2019 on 05.08.2022 "for arguments".
