This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.10.2021 in W.P.No.21785 of 2021.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 07.10.2021 in W.P.No.21785 of 2021 has been complied by the respondents herein by the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 21.08.2023, bearing reference Proc.No:AB2/37474/2021 and also produced a copy of the same.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
