The petitioners have filed this revision petition to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Ulundurpet to dispose the suit in O.S.No.272 of 2022, within stipulated time period.

2. Heard, Mr. S.Ramajayam, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit is pending from the year 2022 and the 1st petitioner is aged about 61 years. As per the E-Court status, the trial had begun in the year 2022 and the case is posted for filing of written statement from 05.01.2023 and thereafter no progress has been made in this case.

4. Considering the age of the petitioner, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit on merits, as early as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 06.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rri 2\4
