After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. Further, he prays further time stating that the case has been posted before the Trial Court for filing written arguments.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and one week time from today is granted to the petitioner for filing written arguments before the Trial Court. This order shall be appropriately brought to the notice of the Trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
