The matter had been referred to Mediation Centre at Salem by an order dated 25.08.2023. The Mediator has submitted a memo stating that the matter has been settled. It is recorded that the respondent Settu @ Krishnasamy, the plaintiff in O.S.No.314 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Mettur, has agreed to withdraw the suit. Consequent to the withdrawal of the 1/4

suit, the civil revision petitioner Sivakumar has agreed to withdraw this revision. A joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties is extracted hereunder:

2. Mr.M.R.Jothimanian for the civil revision petitioner has made an endorsement seeking withdrawal of this revision pursuant to the compromise.

3. In the light of the compromise agreement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
