This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.31289 of 2004 on the file of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and set-aside the order dated 04.06.2025 culminating to the charges framed against the Petitioners.

In view of the fact that this Court has allowed the CRL OP Nos. 3163 and 19328 of 2026 and C.C.No.31289 of 2004 on the file of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is quashed, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
