Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to change the three dilapidated electrical post on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2015 and 08.06.2016. The electrical posts which are laid in petitioner's agricultural land from agricultural service number 86 to Perungadaputtur S.S. II Transformer, the live-wire is going on to be transformer which is under the control & maintenance of the respondents.

O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for replacement of dilapidated electrical post, based on his representation dated 28.09.2015 and 08.06.2016 which has been erected in petitioner's agricultural land from agricultural service number 86 to Perungadaputtur S.S. II Transformer.

2. It is represented by Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents that, as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

request made by the petitioner, the dilapidated electrical post has been replaced with a new post.

3. Mr.A.E.Kalaiselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner also would submit that the dilapidated electrical post has been replaced with a new electrical post.

4. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondents, no further order is necessary.

5. Recording the above said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
