This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Ms.V.Ramya Rao, learned counsel appeared for the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel appeared for the 3rd respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and therefore, he requested this Court to dispense with notice to the 4th respondent and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 22.09.2023 by printing the name of Ms.v.Ramya Rao, as learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.R.Sreevidhya, as learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
