ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The 2nd respondent had produced the detenu before this Court.

At this stage of the hearing for the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the Inspector of Police, Srimushnam, Cuddalore, and had stated that the detenu had been produced before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Viruthachalam and that she had taken her husband from there.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, no further orders are necessary, in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
