This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11479 of 2023 on 18.05.2023 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. weekly twice i.e. Monday and Thursday until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
