This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to implead the proposed respondent viz., R.Chandran as 2nd respondent in the Criminal appeal for proper adjudication.

Mr..M.V.Ramachandramoorthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) assisted by Mr.A.Alexander (Government of Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 11.08.2023. 27.07.2023 vum R.HEMALATHA, J.
