By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.14 cents in Survey No.262/4 in Kadambur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District and the pathway is situated in S.Nos. 262/2A, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 has not been included neither in the A-Register nor in the FMB Sketch. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 13.06.2016 to the 3rd respondent, followed by a reminder dated 14.07.2016 to include the said pathway in the A-Register as well as in the FMB Sketch and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 3rd respondent or his subordinates authorised by him, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2016 as well as the reminder dated 14.07.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the person/s concerned and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person/s concerned.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
