Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent, dated 17.6.2015, by which the petitioner had been awarded the punishment of stoppage of increment for two years, without cumulative effect. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. In such circumstances, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed. gs.
