The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint a special committee to probe/enquire into the aforesaid facts and circumstances and take appropriate action on the erring officials under appropriate civil and criminal laws. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that a committee has been formed to enquire into the matter and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
