ORDER

Challenging the Form-B notice dated 24.09.2021 issued by the Respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.580/AE/SUB.Div4/DIV-3/2021, the present writ petition came to be filed. 2.Heard both sides and perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers.

3.It is an admitted fact that earlier, the petitioner filed WP.No.17713 of 2014 seeking a mandamus to the respondents not to evict her from the property in Chandra Yogi Samadi Street, Mangalapuram, Perambur, Chennai-12 comprised in S.No.330/1, except under due process of law; and by order dated 25.08.2021, this court disposed of the said writ petition, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondent authorities would take action only after following due process of law.

4.When the aforesaid fact was pointed out by this court, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to file reply to the notice dated 24.09.2021, which is impugned herein. 5.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
