The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners in Crime No.4 of 2012 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.4 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 27.11.2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.31 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
