Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 893 days in preferring the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.89979 of 2025.
2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 who is present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay of 893 days in filing the Appeal is waived.
3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent, the petition in C.M.P.No.14041 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner/Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 893 days.
4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam for Respondent-2, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
