ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition (iii) imposed in the common order in Crl.O.P. No. 13279 of 2026, dated 22.05.2026, wherein the petitioner/accused was directed to appear and sign before the C.C.B. Cyber Crime Wing, Chennai, twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM, until further orders, in respect of Crime No. 59 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.8(iii) of the order dated 22.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.13279 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
