This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to fix the seniority list for the candidates appointed vide Proceeding No.R.C.No.09516/A4/2007 dated 28.11.2008 of the first respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2021 and the subsequent reminder dated 06.09.2021, within a reasonable time.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the respondents to pass an appropriate order on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law based on the representation dated 09.06.2021 and the subsequent reminder dated 06.09.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
