This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 11..02.2022 made in I.A.No.6 of 2022 by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that this matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, he requests this Court to allow this application.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has also confirmed the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

4. Considering the above submissions and the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
