The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invites my attention, to my order dated 13.08.2025 passed in C.R.P.No.3666 of 2025, wherein, I have directed to expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.221 of 2023 filed by the petitioner herein. The present H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2024 filed by the 1/4

respondent/wife is also pending before the same Court and the petitioner seeks similar relief.

2. In the light of the above, considering my earlier order dated 13.08.2025, I am inclined to allow this revision petition, dispensing with the notice to the respondent, in view of the limited relief sought for in the revision and by directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
