This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.74 of 2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2018, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
expeditiously complete the investigation in Crime No.74 of 2018 and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
