Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records carefully.

In the considered opinion of this court, a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order of maintenance is not maintainable and the remedy available to the petitioner is only to file a revision either before this court or before the Court of Sessions with an appropriate petition for condonation of delay, if so required.

3. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
