This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.309 of 2007. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, Mr.V.M.Shyam Sundar, PC 31028 P-6 Kodungaiyur Police Station L&O, Chennai is present before this Court. 4.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.309 of 2017 on 25.04.2007 under Section 420, 406 and 506[ii] IPC. 5.Taking into consideartion the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2007, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.309 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
