PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 3rd respondent to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram in CMP No.3758 of 2019 on 09.04.2019. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu. 2.The petitioner filed an application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, by an order dated 09.04.2019, directed the District Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram to act in accordance with the various directions given in the order. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order has not been complied with till date, and therefore the present petition has been filed before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the District Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram, is directed to act upon the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, and comply with the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
