This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.146 of 2017, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police, this Court deems it fit to fix the time limit for the completion of the investigation.
