This petition has been filed seeking for exemption from payment of Court fee amounting to Rs.9,363/- in preferring the Appeal C.M.A SR.92131 of 2021.

2. According to the first petitioner, she does not have the means to pay the court fee. It is also her case that till date, the award amount has also not been deposited by the Insurance Company.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in C.M.P. No.17544 of 2021. However, it is made clear that on the final disposal of the Appeal and before obtaining the Judgment copy, the petitioners/ appellants shall pay the requisite Court fee.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
