This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint filed for the offences under Sections 466, 468, 474, 420, 511 and 328 of IPC and Sections 6, 24(1) of COTPA Act.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with libery to raise the grounds before the Trial Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise the grounds before the Trial Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
