ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of petitioner's wife by name Divya, aged about 19 years before this Court from the illegal custody of third and fourth respondents and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
