C O M M O N O R D E R These Contempt Petitions have been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 21.07.2023 made in W.P.Nos.14443 and 14440 of 2023.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents submitted that though a Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the Writ Court and the same is pending, in the interregnum, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal, the order of this Court has been complied with. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 02.01.2025 of the District Adi-Dravidar Welfare Officer, Ariyalur District.

3. In view of compliance of the orders of this Court and finding that no contempt has been made out by the respondents, these Contempt Petitions are closed. The respondents shall permit the petitioners to join services forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Applications are closed. 03.01.2025 ar 2/4
