CR.NO.56 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para No.8(iii) petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by order of this Honourable Court on 09.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.10801 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10801 of 2018 dated 09.04.2018.

2. This court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10801 of 2018 dated 09.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
