The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to file a final report in Crime No.1121 of 2015 on the file of the of the respondent police before the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 07.02.2015, till date no final report has been filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this Crime No.1121 of 2015 has been completed and they would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing the final report within a period of one month for the offence u/s.420, 465, 468 IPC.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
