2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8840 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2026 dated 22.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
