GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].
2. Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'Form III notice dated 13.09.2021 issued by the fifth respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].
3. Ms.P.Vidhya Shree, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned notice is not readily available with writ petitioner at the time https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
W.M.P.No.24670 of 2021 in W.P.No.23391 of 2021 M.SUNDAR.J., and K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., of filing of captioned writ petition but photo copies of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.
5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned notice is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavits is imperative.
