[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.637 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been resolved between the parties. Therefore, the contempt need not be proceeded with.

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
