O R D E R

This Petition has been filed for contempt of Court as against the respondent police for not complying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7109 of 2019 dated 18.03.2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioner filed direction petition before this Court for direction directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1180 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police for the offence under sections 447, 427, 384 and 354(ii) IPC.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that they have completed investigation and also filed a final report on 28.03.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and the file number is 12692/2019 and the learned Magistrate, posted the case on 09.09.2019.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
