Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent Cooperative Society has placed a letter dated 04.06.2024 before this Court, wherein it is stated that the entire arrears amount together with interest, which comes to Rs.34,40,743/-, has been paid to private respondent, P.P.Baluchamy, as directed by the Writ Court. Therefore, the order of the writ court has been complied with by the respondent Society. A copy of the said letter has also been placed before this Court.

Taking on record the said letter dated 04.06.2024, and in view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent Society, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeals. Consequently, the writ appeals stand dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP Nos.6798 and 6806 of 2022 are closed.
