ORDER
The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of six (6) months. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Mr.Prahalad, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and has no objection to extend the mandate.
3. Considering the fact that the parties have been heard and the Award is yet to be pronounced, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of six (6) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
