This writ petition has been filed challenging the letter No.15682/ADMN/2021-1 dated 15.09.2021 of the respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondent to entertain the petitioner's offline application dated 03.09.2021 for renewal of certificate of practice and consider the same by condoning the delay and renew for another period of 5 years from 19.12.2021.
